Where Ideas Grow into Confidence and Confidence Grows into Opportunity

Our face to face provision helps learners to develop knowledge and skills through enterprise and hands on learning. Blending education, wellbeing, creativity, business and leading projects.  The principle is learning through Real Responsibility, Real Trust. Learners are trusted with age appropriate responsibility so they can build confidence and practical skills. Examples include - Building a business from scratch to delivery, delivering sports sessions to local primary schools or developing and producing a podcast for a youth club provision. The environment is designed to allow young people to make mistakes safely and reflect on their practice We thrive on community collaboration. Local businesses, schools, youth groups, entrepreneurs, and mentors play an active role in shaping the programme.
